Receiving and finished product/shipping area
In this area we receive the raw materials and ship the finished products to our customers.
Warehouse area
We have a fully automated vertical warehouse connected to our ERP.
Office, production, quality, operations, projects, R&D, environmental and SST engineering areas
All our clients’ projects are developed here with national talent, proudly Mexican.
Machinery and tools area
The machining area is equipped with CNC lathes and milling machines, as well as conventional lathes, milling machines, drills, and brushes.
Welding and NDT area
A designated area has been installed for welding with an automated system and manual welding. Likewise, there is the PND department in charge of the Quality Management.
Painting area
Automated shot blasting machine and paint booth that allow us to apply the anti-corrosion systems our customers require. The paint booth has the capacity to paint 36”-1500# spring return actuator valve assemblies without disassembling the equipment.
Actuator assembly area
Overhead crane with a capacity of 25 tons and a span of 13 meters, as well as 10 jib cranes of 1 ton and 2 tons.
Cabinet assembly area
A reserved and classified area for handling more delicate components.
Testing area
The testing area allows us to perform hydrostatic tests on valves and the functionality of the actuation systems.
