Machine shop and tools
This area features numeric-based control (CNC) lathes and milling cutters, as well as conventional lathes, drills and brushes.
Welding and PND
Automated and manual welding, as well as the PND department supervised by the Quality Manager’s office.
Painting
Automated shot blaster and painting booth to apply the anticorrosive systems our clients demand. The painting booth can paint 36”-1500# spring return actuator-valve sets without unpacking the equipment.
Actuator assembly
Featuring a 25-ton moving crane and a 13-meter space, as well as ten 1 and 2- ton flag cranes.
Cabinet assembly
Area reserved and classified for fragile component management.
Testing
Area devoted to valve hydrostatic tests, and operation tests of actuation systems.
