Hydraulic actuators

Oil or water operated automatic devices for low (250-500 psi) and high (600-5000 psi) pressure; they use water from treatment plants, industrial hydraulic oil and biodegradable oil, as well as for automation of gate, ball, plug, butterfly or damper valves.

Different actuation mechanisms exist, including symmetric or canted scotch yoke, pinion and rack, vein and piston type for lineal valves. Their operation depends on instruments and/or fixtures, such as solenoids, limit switches, filter, regulator, manometer, high and/or low pressure pilots, electric switches, bypass valves, maintenance valves, partial test devices, eutectic devices, storage tanks, nitrogen banks, local operation button panel, remote operation button panel, controllers, PLC, communication protocols, fire retardant protection, among others.

Operation times are fast, at a 1 sec/inch rate, or less. Likewise, they are equipped with wheel, manual gear box or hydraulic pump, and are ideal for pipelines carrying liquid or sour gas which cannot be used as driving force, and for applications demanding very fine control. Ideal for emergency shutdowns, pipeline sectioning or anti surge.
